FUN MATH PROBLEMS

Math is composed entirely of problems that need to be thought through and solved. This unique process of reasoning and arguing one's own opinions and thoughts enables students to develop their mind independently. These skills can then be applied almost anywhere – whether that be in a personal context or in students' future career life. On this page, you can find fun and exciting math problems to exercise your mind and get and idea of your skill level in math.

1: Simultaneous Equations: (Gr11)

Solve the system of equations given below:

      s + t + u + v + w + x + y = –1
      2s + 3t – 4u + 5v – 6w + 7x – 8y = –55
      s + 2t + 3u – 4v – 5w + 6x – 7y = –58
      3s – 2t + u – 4v – 6w + 5x + 9y = 12
      8s – 3t + 2u + 6v + 5w + 4x + 3y = 39
      4s + t – 6u – 3v + 8w – 7x – 4y = –91
      –7s – 2t + 5u + v + 9w + 3x – 4y = –50

2: Graphing: (Gr 10)
