Hello, and welcome to The Griffin Gazette. This is a Palmer student-run newspaper website meant to improve students' understanding over certain subjects. It also helps students make decisions regarding what course they wish to take at Palmer through introducing subjects to them in hopes that it piques their interest. The website discusses the courses offered as part of each subject, highlighting their differences as well as exploring their similarities. Furthermore, the website makes recommendations and suggests courses for students, citing testimonies from many teachers and students across all levels of education at Palmer. Additionally, the newspaper discusses the impacts of each subject on the lives of Palmer students, both at, and outside school. The website also examines in depth the future of students that take certain courses, containing important information regarding what post secondary schools can be applied to following the completion of those courses. The overall aim of this website is to convince students to take courses, which it achieves through providing information and media about the respective subject.
